Based on Steam reviews, 255 games made the cut: player sentiment only evens out after hour 5, and overall at least 85% of reviews are positive. Only games released in 2020 or later.

The typical turning point here is around hour 7, and for 116 of the 255 it comes only after hour 10. The most common genres are adventure, RPG, action.

Fresh releases make such lists less often: to tell when a game clicks you need thousands of reviews from players with different playtime. That is why only games with enough reviews are here, and the list is rebuilt along with the site data.

The safest bets are at the top: Look Outside (by hour 5), Chants of Sennaar (by hour 5), Well Dweller (by hour 7).
